The prices are given per person per night. They depend on the booked room or suite, and whether breakfast or half-board is included.
Overnight tax/local tax: € 2.00 per person (from 15 years) and day is not included in the price and will be charged on-site.
Since May 1, 2025, there has been a mobility tax in Salzburg, which amounts to € 0.50 per person and night. This is not included in the price and will be charged on-site.
The Entire Hotel is a “Non-Smoking Area”.
Children’s Discounts
For children sleeping on the pull-out sofa, discounts apply to the adult price of the corresponding room category. From 14 years of age, the adult price applies.
For two full-paying adults, the following child discounts apply:
- 0 – 3 years = 100%
- 4 – 5 years = 75%
- 6 – 10 years = 50%
- 11 – 13 years = 25%
- from 14 years = full payer – adult price (overnight tax and mobility fee from 15 years)
Single with Child
- 1 adult and 1 child up to 3 years: Surcharge of € 20.00 per night on the adult price
- 1 adult and 1 child aged 4-5: full price for the parent + €20.00 surcharge, and for the child full price -75%.
- 1 adult and 1 child aged 6-10: full price for the parent + €20.00 surcharge, and for the child full price -50%.
- 1 adult and 1 child aged 11-13: full price for the parent + €20.00 surcharge, and for the child full price -25%.
Cancellation Policy
In case of early departure or late arrival, we are obliged to charge 90% of the room rate. Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply, except for special agreements. On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 AM. After our reservation confirmation, we request a deposit of € 150 per room, which we will confirm promptly. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered binding. If the stay is cancelled within 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
