Useful information & tips about Hotel Bräurup in Mittersill

Arrival / Departure

Check-in & Check-out:

  • Check-in from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out by 10:00 AM

Late check-out with room:
Subject to availability, we can also reserve your room until 6:00 p.m. so that you can make the most of everything. The surcharge for this is €45.00 per room, including use of all hotel facilities.

Arrival by car:

  • Coming from the north: (no vignette required!) (D, NL, …): Munich – Kufstein – St. Johann in Tirol – Kitzbühel – Pass Thurn – Mittersill / Hollersbach / Stuhlfelden
  • Coming from the west: (CH): Inntal-Autobahn (A12 = vignette required!) – Wörgl Ost exit – St. Johann in Tirol – Kitzbühel – Pass Thurn – Mittersill / Hollersbach / Stuhlfelden
  • Coming from the east: Vienna – Salzburg (A 1 = vignette required!) – Lofer – St. Johann in Tirol – Kitzbühel – Pass Thurn – Mittersill / Hollersbach / Stuhlfelden
  • Coming from the south: Lienz – Matrei – Felbertauernstrasse (toll road) – Mittersill / Hollersbach / Stuhlfelden

Arrival by train:
International trains to Zell am See – from there by regional train approx. 25 km to Mittersill. International trains to Kitzbühel – from there approx. 20 km by bus to Mittersill. The Mittersill Bahnhof bus stop is approx. 200 m away. TIP: Ask at your train station for special fares from Deutsche Bahn and Austrian Federal Railways (e.g. “Familien-Sparpreis Österreich”)

Arrival by plane:
Nearest airports: Salzburg 100 km, Innsbruck 121 km, Munich 170 km (Franz-Josef-Strauss). We recommend renting a car if you arrive by plane!

In our half-board areas, the Gewölbe, Schwaiger, and Rupertistube, you can enjoy our daily breakfast buffet and the 4-course dinner menu. Once a week, we invite you to our traditional farmer’s buffet! Let our kitchen team spoil you with regional and international specialties.

Deposit / Payment / Cancellation Policy

Deposit:

To ensure your and our booking security, we ask you to pay a deposit of €150.00 per room. Your booking is only binding once the deposit has been paid.

Payment methods:

Cash, Mastercard, Visacard, EC card, Bank transfer

Cancellation conditions:

In case of early departure or late arrival, we are obliged to charge 90% of the room rate. Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply, except for special agreements. On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 AM. After our reservation confirmation, we request a deposit of € 150 per room, which we will confirm promptly. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered binding. If the stay is cancelled within 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees:

  • up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price;
  • up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price;
  • in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price

E-Charging Station

There are 2 e-charging stations directly at the hotel car park for our guests! Charging your car is very easy with the Salzburg AG charging card or the Strom Lade app.

The charging station is not managed by the hotel but is a service provided by Salzburg AG. Please note the associated fees or inform yourself on the Salzburg AG homepage.

Dogs

Dogs can only be booked on request and after prior confirmation of reservation. We charge a dog fee of € 19.00 per day without food. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in some rooms, in the dining room and in the spa area.

Please avoid letting your four-legged friends make themselves comfortable on the bench in the public area, in the bed or on the couch. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning.

Parking

Our car park is a designated short-term parking zone and is free for 90 minutes with a parking meter. Our hotel guests receive a parking permit upon check-in for the duration of their stay and can therefore use the car park free of charge.
