What would Bräurup be without its employees? Teamwork is very important to us, because only together are we strong. From apprentice to head chef

Christian is now one of the veterans of the Bräurup. Starting as a small apprentice chef in 1993, he was able to work his way up step by step and has been heading our excellent, home-style kitchen for 17 years. Now he is training apprentices himself and preparing them as well as possible for the everyday life of a top chef.
