They are the first and last point of contact in our hotel, welcoming you, wishing you a pleasant journey, and are available in between to answer all kinds of questions. Today, we would like to introduce you to our reception team, led by Isabell Amoser.

Marina, Christine, and Jasmin are always happy to welcome you with a friendly smile at the reception of Hotel Bräurup, as well as Kathi and Claudia at Hotel Heitzmann. With their warm manner, they represent the familiar Pinzgau style of Hotel Bräurup and Hotel Heitzmann and are the point of contact for any questions. Christoph Gassner, son of the house, is indispensable for the social media area with his wonderful ideas.
